The operator will write the full policy before any sale is processed. The launch defaults you can rely on for now are: made-to-order items (including sized or side-selected magnet pieces) are non-returnable once preparation has started; sealed consumables can be returned if the seal is intact; and any return is handled by replying to the order confirmation so the same order record is updated.
